The GLP-1 Team will contribute to Sandoz’ purpose to broaden access to affordable biologics for patients and as Assistant to the GLP-1 Platform, you will manage key meetings and support their outcome, oversee team budgets and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards—playing a key role in keeping the platform running smoothly.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Build and ensure alignment of the Team calendar across the platform.
Oversee monitoring of Platform goals and priorities.
Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel.
Support corporate governance and compliance processes; prepare reports, agendas, minutes, and documentation for Platform meetings.
Oversee team budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and financial reporting.
Serve as a primary liaison between the platform and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information with discretion.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
5+ years supporting senior leaders, preferably in a corporate or regulated environment.
Experience with budget management, POs, and invoices.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar tools, and financial tracking systems.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment.
Fluent English language (written and spoken)
