Your Tasks
- You support the specialist departments in the creation of requirements specifications for solution approaches, taking into account the technical system requirements.
- You analyze the overall context of business processes, organizational structures, IT and material resources and identify weak points.
- You collect, review and document the technical needs and expectations of organizational units in their project plans.
- You develop solution proposals and decision bases based on the requirements recorded.
- You prepare quality assurance measures in accordance with the specified requirements.
- You evaluate and validate operational solutions with regard to project specifications.
- You communicate with internal and external stakeholders and present the resulting outputs.
- You ensure the interface function between the specialist department and IT.
- You create test cases and assess and accompany user tests.
- You manage small and/or sub-projects.
- You will develop subject-specific principles for the creation of project assignments.
your profile
- You are very familiar with retail and logistics processes and operating procedures.
- You have experience with business and process analysis and have good project management skills.
- You have strong conceptual and analytical skills.
- You enjoy working in a team and on cross-functional projects.
- You communicate fluently and convincingly in German. Knowledge of French and English is an advantage.
