Change Management & Organizational Development Partner (80%)
In this role, you will coordinate, manage, or even lead internal projects designed to strengthen collaboration across our institute. The focus will be on topics such as organizational development, digitalization, process optimization, and initiatives to strengthen cooperation. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicate complex matters with clarity, and thrives in environments where not all parameters are defined from the outset.
Your various responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and oversee internal development and change projects, defining objectives, evaluating impact, planning initiatives, tracking execution, and aligning stakeholders across departments to ensure priorities and timelines are met
- Evaluate and analyze business processes, identify needs and address gaps, uncover opportunities for simplification and improvement – ensuring initiatives remain pragmatic, solution-oriented, and on track
- Support teams and individuals in navigating change, fostering open communication, addressing concerns constructively, promoting a solution-oriented environment, and ensuring that changes are not only implemented but also understood and accepted
- Act as a coordinator, facilitator, and enabler of progress – no need to be a technical project manager
- Adapt communication to different audiences, sense team atmosphere and adjust approach accordingly
- Ensure transparency in processes and decisions by acting as a central coordination point – documenting key steps, progress, and lessons learned, while sharing clear insights, plans, and concise updates with cross-functional teams and management
You should have the following experience and skills:
- Positive, proactive, and open mindset with strong social competence and emotional intelligence
- Comfortable working with a wide range of people, building trust across teams, and adapting communication to varying interpersonal dynamics
- Independent, reliable, and well-organized, while remaining flexible and pragmatic in approach
- Clear and effective communicator, able to foster open dialogue, address concerns constructively, and ensure that changes are implemented, understood, and accepted
- Experience in coordinating internal projects or supporting organizational change, with the ability to maintain an overview of initiatives, align stakeholders, and keep projects on track
- No formal IT or technical project management skills required for this position, but a genuine curiosity for tools, systems, and processes is key to explore features and identify opportunities for improvement
- Knowledge of project management methods, such as Scrum, Waterfall, is an advantage
- You are fluent in both English and German
