Responsibilities:

In the assigned role (which will be defined based on the department you choose to apply for and your suitability), you will support the assigned department(s) within our office in Basel. Your tasks will involve administrative work such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and reviewing documents for grammar, etc. You will be in contact with internal and external customers and team members, depending on the assigned tasks. As our corporate language is English, you will communicate primarily in English. Additionally, you will assist with organizing meetings and events and provide general office support as needed.

Requirements:

• Student Status: Currently enrolled in a university or higher education institution

• Language Skills: Fluent in English; German is an advantage

• A STEM background (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) is preferred.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office O365
