As a member of the Optima Group, OPTIMA Machinery Switzerland AG is based in Basel, Switzerland, and provides sales and service support for Optima Group customers in Switzerland.

• You will be responsible for the worldwide installation and commissioning of our machines and systems at customers in Switzerland and abroad for the Consumer Business Unit. 
• In addition to service, conversion and repair assignments, you will carry out the installation of spare parts, functional expansions and regularly required maintenance work.
• Afterwards, you will prepare service reports and documentation in accordance with applicable guidelines.
• You will use your expertise to advise our customers in the event of malfunctions. You will also provide production support and customer training on site.
• As an interface, you will share your knowledge with colleagues in the office and in the field and ensure a sustainable transfer of development.

• You have successfully completed a technical apprenticeship, for example as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician or industrial mechanic.
• Ideally, you have at least 2 years of professional experience in the assembly of mechanical and electrical components, preferably with experience abroad.
• Much more important to us, however, is your willingness to travel  and your good knowledge of  English for a successful customer visit.
