Join a dynamic team as a part-time Insurance Coordinator, supporting key operations within the cardiovascular and manufacturing space in Switzerland.

Proclinical is seeking an Insurance Coordinator for a part-time contract role based in Switzerland. This position focuses on administrative and organizational support within the cardiovascular and contract manufacturing sectors. You will play a key role in coordinating meetings, managing invoices, and supporting vendor processes.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings.
• Provide support during meetings, including pre- and post-meeting follow-up on action items.
• Check, submit, and track premium invoices, ensuring timely follow-up on payments.
• Coordinate vendor creation and updates in SAP systems.
• Offer general administrative support as needed.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong organizational and planning skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Language proficiency: German (excellent) and English (advanced).
• Background in a supporting role within the insurance or similar industry is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
