Proclinical is seeking a Project Manager to focus on ensuring the program's operational readiness, sustainability, and strategic alignment while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams. You will act as a central coordinator, driving governance excellence, stakeholder engagement, and integration of digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead front-end operations for the Authentifield solution, ensuring compliance tracking, country certifications, and alignment with legal requirements.
• Coordinate collaboration between business, communications, and other stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution.
• Update training materials annually to reflect program goals.
• Serve as Secretary to the Steering Committee, preparing impactful updates and reporting key program metrics (KPIs).
• Lead governance and reporting workstreams, preparing presentations for senior leadership and ensuring strategic focus.
• Guide hybrid engagement models to optimize authentication timeliness and quality.
• Act as an ambassador for the program, promoting it internally and externally to enhance its reach and impact.
• Collaborate with digital and IT teams to integrate digital solutions into workflows and operational processes.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Background in project management, information technology, or related fields.
• Experience in business analytics, product security, or pharmaceutical environments.
• Familiarity with falsified medicines issues, particularly in global settings.
• Proven ability to integrate digital solutions into existing workflows and liaise between technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., French) are a plus.
