Your advantages
- Developing and implementing active sourcing strategies to fill open positions with our clients
- Independent sourcing and approaching of potential candidates via LinkedIn, websites, databases, etc.
- Creating personalized videos with modern tools
- Conduct telephone interviews with candidates
- Development and maintenance of the database and applicant administration
- Close cooperation with our consultants to analyze requirements and create job advertisements
- Creating content (articles, posts, videos, etc.)
- Carrying out marketing activities online and offline
Your profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or HF/FH degree in business administration
- Experience in the recruitment and direct approach of candidates
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and active sourcing via social media channels
- High affinity for social media, content creation and great interest in AI topics
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Structured, independent way of working, hands-on mentality and team player mentality
- Creativity, agility and willingness to discover and test new things
