The opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team in Switzerland for a 12-month temporary assignment. In this role, you’ll drive strategic hiring initiatives, partnering closely with business stakeholders in a global matrix organization. How you’ll make an impact

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations

• Partner with HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through active sourcing and collaboration with sourcing teams

• Advocate for internal mobility and support talent advancement initiatives

• Ensure smooth coordination with HR Operations for job postings, scheduling, and offer processing

• Advise stakeholders on recruitment strategies and contribute to process improvements

• Deliver a personalized and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

Your background

• Several years of in-house recruiting experience, preferably in a global matrix organization

• Proven success in international hiring across BeNeLux, Germany, and Switzerland

• Strong expertise in active sourcing, especially using LinkedIn Recruiter

• Experience in working with Workday

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in German and English, other languages like Dutch or French are considered as a big advantage

• Background in HR, Psychology, Business or a related field

• Agile mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
