We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who will play a pivotal role in ensuring we are hiring the best talent for our Pharma Research & Development (R&D) organisations to meet our business ambitions.

You act as a Roche ambassador in every interaction you have, embedding our values Integrity, Passion & Courage in the way you work. You will manage a portfolio of R&D positions, collaborating with the hiring managers, business leaders, located around the globe and at all levels of seniority.

Your opportunity

You will have a broad set of responsibilities, including:

• Identify and implement innovative and impactful talent acquisition strategies that serve the needs of Roche as a whole.

• Keep abreast of market dynamics and embed trends in your sourcing strategy, confidently selling Roche’s value proposition with both passive and active candidates.

• You partner with hiring managers to design an effective and efficient hiring process that guarantees the best outcome for Roche.

• Utilise our tools and technology in your daily work ensuring a seamless, integrated process.

• Skillfully work with all P&C stakeholders to leverage the capabilities in our network and ensure a world class end to end candidate and hiring manager experience.

Who You Are

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition expert to contribute to Roche’s ambitious goals. Throughout your career, you’ve developed a strong customer centricity, problem-solving skills and an ability to successfully lead yourself and others, in ambiguous situations.

Furthermore, you bring:

• 5+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience, specifically in Pharma R&D.

• Significant experience sourcing passive candidates from both academia and industry.

• You have excellent coaching and advising skills and are a trusted partner to your business clients.

• Work autonomously and have the dexterity to participate or lead recruiting squads across regions or globally where necessary.

• Are proficient in English, German would be an advantage.
