Your Role

• Manage end-to-end recruiting processes: You independently manage the full recruiting lifecycle – from job posting and sourcing through to offer preparation.
• Shape the candidate experience: You ensure a professional, transparent, and positive recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers: Working closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, you develop targeted, needs-based recruiting strategies.
• Employer branding & events: You represent Jet Aviation at career fairs, university events, and networking opportunities, strengthening our employer brand.
• Build talent pipelines: Using your sourcing expertise and professional network, you proactively identify, approach, and engage talents for long-term success.
• Continuously improve processes: You contribute ideas to enhance recruiting activities, with a strong focus on innovation and candidate experience.

Your Profile

• Around 2 years of professional experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in an international environment
• Fluent English and French, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional presence
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ideally SuccessFactors) and sourcing via social networks
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and enthusiasm for recruiting trends
• A passion for connecting people and actively shaping change
