Workplace | Basel Academia International School Basel offers first-class teaching at all levels from kindergarten to International A Level, predominantly in English. The International A-Level-qualification gives our students access to universities all over the world. Our school is characterised by a personal atmosphere, a strength-oriented learning environment and an open, multicultural environment. Academia International School was founded in Basel in 2009 and has grown steadily since then. Since 2019 and 2023, we have two more schools in Zurich and Winterthur. |
Start of employment | Immediately for tutoring with a view to a permanent position from August 2026 |
Workload | Variable and from August 2026 from 30-60% |
Tasks | · Tutoring individual students IGCSE and A level Physics and Chemistry · Possible class cover too |
· Must have experience teaching up to A level Chemistry and Physics
· Must be a team player, a natural collaborator with a growth mindset approach
· Must speak and write English fluently (C1 level)
