Job Description Summary:
As Team Assistant to the Transformation and Growth (T&G) team, you will provide support for assigned members of the T&G Leadership team. You will be responsible for the independent delivery of profound administrative services in a local and a global context and will ensure service levels are delivered in line with site requirements. You will deal with senior executives as well as associates.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Managing calendars, deadlines and schedules
Coordination and follow-up on global and international meetings and VCs
Organization of travel itineraries and visa application support
Organization of conferences, training and events
Performing as a "go to” person for assigned members of our Leadership team and team members
Interaction: Informs, advises and supports the team and associates from outside the team on processes, guidelines and services that are specific to the department
Ensures induction of new employees within his/her area of responsibility
Handling of administrative projects tasks with clearly defined content and time limitations
Support the Executive Assistant occasionally with special tasks
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Apprenticeship in business administration or similar
Proven experience of running an office on executive level
Highly developed organizational skills
High level of customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, maturity to deal with matters of confidentiality and sensitivity as well as senior executives
Pro-active attitude, structured and accurate way of working
Computer literate with advanced proficiency MS Office, Share Point, knowledge of SAP is a bonus
Fluent in German and English on business level with excellent communication skills
