Your seat to fill:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for the CYBEX Group ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and mid-term planning at group level
• Analyze group performance, including variance analysis and profitability assessments
• Support the preparation and analysis of financial data for consolidation purposes
• Play an active role in developing and improving controlling processes and systems
• Create management reports and communicate insights in a clear and structured way to stakeholders

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• University degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on Controlling, Accounting or Finance
• Initial professional experience in Group Controlling or a similar role is a plus
• Solid understanding of Accounting, Consolidation and financial Reporting
• Affinity of working with numbers and strong analytical skills combined with a structured working style
• Familiar with ERP systems and reporting tools
• Proactive and solution-oriented way of working paired with the ability to take ownership
• Good communication skills in German as well as in English
