Your seat to fill:

• Design and develop product patterns for new products that meet both design and technical specifications
• Inspect and verify production patterns to ensure accuracy and consistency with design standards
• Utilize CAD systems for the precise development of patterns, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in the production process
• Implement and integrate technical standards into product requirements, ensuring industry compliance
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of quality standards, driving continuous improvement
• Manage technical documentation for production, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure alignment throughout product development
• Monitor production facilities to ensure products meet design and quality standards
• Test samples to ensure they meet performance and quality requirements

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Completed studies or apprenticeship as a clothing technician, pattern constructor, or related field
• Extensive experience in pattern development, quality control, and production within the textile or fashion industry
• Proficient in MS Office and experienced with CAD software for pattern creation.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• A structured and results-driven approach to work, with strong attention to detail
• Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to develop new solutions and patterns
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
