YOUR MISSION:

Reporting to the IT Proximity Team Leader and representing the Group IT department, the Field Services Intern is an active supporting member of the Field Services and Support (FSS) team. This internship is designed to offer hands-on professional development, assisting the team in delivering effective remote and physical IT support across the FSS perimeter.

Under the close mentorship of the team, the intern will help deliver a high-quality, customer-centric service to business users, helping them engage with available technology. In this role, the intern will collaborate closely with Service Desk Analysts and Field Services Engineers, gaining valuable exposure to end-user support in a complex, prestigious international environment.

The proposed start date is set for October 15th, 2026.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

1. Project Management

• Help the team implement ongoing IT projects and deployment activities.
• Execute specific operational tasks assigned by the project team or mentors.
• Learn to manage tasks within structured timelines and deliver contributions on time.
• Assist in identifying potential risks or issues and report them promptly to senior team members.
• Proactively share observations and suggestions to improve project processes or user experiences.

2. Service Management

• Follow, understand, and learn to promote the established Group IT standards and compliance guidelines.
• Participate in staging, configuring, deploying, and administering basic hardware and software components under supervision.
• Assist in the proactive monitoring of local IT infrastructure and services under FSS supervision.
• Ensure proper operational follow-up of issues and assist in structured escalations to the relevant Group IT support teams.
• Help deliver excellent and effective support to business users through available communication channels.
• Assist in explaining and promoting available self-service technologies and tools to end-users to encourage adoption.
• Maintain a flexible, supportive mindset while learning and working within the FSS team's rotational support model.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), office suites, and standard hardware/device setups.
• A strong customer-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and a helpful, proactive attitude.
• Fluency in French. Professional level of English is a strong advantage.
• Enthusiastic to learn, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and a team player.
