HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
The HR Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring the organization's adherence to all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company HR policies. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs, conducting HR investigations, and providing guidance to HR and management on HR compliance-related matters under the supervision of Group HR Governance & Compliance Director.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining HR compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials, with a focus with a focus on key HR areas (Talent, Learning & development, Compensation & benefits and HR data) and ethical conduct
- In collaboration with our Legal and Compliance Teams, staying up-to-date on changes in HR related regulations and employment law, and communicating these changes to relevant stakeholders as well as proposing actions to ensure compliance
- Leading internal investigations related to HR compliance issues, such as harassment, discrimination, and ethical violations, working closely with HR Business Partners and Legal Counsels
- Developing and delivering training programs on HR compliance topics for HR community, employees and managers, with a focus on practical application and real-world scenarios
- Preparing and presenting reports on HR compliance activities to HR senior management providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of HR compliance programs
- Providing expert support and advice to the HR Department on compliance-related matters, including policy interpretation, risk assessment, and best practices in HR compliance, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures
- Collaborating with internal Sustainability teams on HR-related reporting requirements, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of HR metrics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and other sustainability initiatives
- Partnering with HR Business Partners to conduct regular HR compliance audits and risk assessments, identifying potential areas of non-compliance and developing corrective action plans
- Supporting the HR team in responding to employee complaints and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures, and working to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR related regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- You possess a Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources or a related field
- You have 5+ years of experience in HR compliance or as a Lawyer
- You demonstrate a strong knowledge of labor laws and global regulations linked to HR
- You have experience conducting HR audits and investigations
- You are experienced in handling sensitive topics and confidential information with discretion
- You possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- You have strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- You are able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally have experience with HRIS systems
- You are fluent in English
