• Professional leadership of project managers for the PMH division "INT, international project management"
• Responsibility for compliance with and execution of internal and external project milestones in INT projects (entire project management process, HPM & CPM, etc.)
• Conducting group meetings for, among others, project status, revenue, project KVP, LL, Doxis
• First escalation level for internal & external project processing, to employees, department heads, technical departments & customers
• Development and derivation of goals together with the team as well as responsibility for the implementation and achievement of goals
• Responsibility for the quantitative and qualitative project processing of the team with cost, schedule, quality, and resource responsibility
• Independent project processing approximately 20-80%

• Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering, environmental technology, or a comparable field; alternatively, comparable technical training with relevant professional experience
• Extensive experience in project management in mechanical and plant engineering
• Very good experience and familiarity with departmental structures, IT systems, and processes
• Integrity, honesty, reliability, enthusiasm, and commitment
• Social competence, control ability, solution-oriented hands-on mentality, conflict readiness, and mediation skills
• Strong negotiation skills in challenging project situations
