To support our Accounting Team at our headquarters in Berlin , we are looking for you - an ambitious Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d).

YOUR JOB

• Independent handling of ongoing accounts payable

• Review, posting and booking of incoming invoices

• Execution and monitoring of payment transactions

• Processing bank statements, credit card statements and cash withdrawals

• Maintenance and reconciliation of accounts payable

• Clarification of differences and coordination with internal departments and external suppliers

• Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

• Operation of relevant ERP systems, invoicing programs and banking programs

• Support in optimizing and digitizing accounting processes

YOUR PROFILE

Requirements:

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as an accountant, tax clerk or comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in accounts payable

• Solid knowledge of DATEV accounting

• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written (at least C1 level)

Advantageous:

• Good English skills for communication in an international environment

• Experience in using digital document capture systems

• Good knowledge of MS Office and other ERP applications
