YOUR JOB

• You will be deployed in the hotel kitchen and bar and actively participate in daily operations, including daily cleaning tasks.

• Setting up and managing the breakfast buffet are among your responsibilities.

• You plan and implement the quality and HACCP standards in the kitchen and bar.

• You control food storage and inventory.

• You order, buy, and put the goods away upon delivery.

• You'll be responsible for the inventory for the kitchen and bar.

• You put together the menu plan for the evening meal.

• You monitor the duty rosters of the kitchen and bar staff.

• As shift supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the shift.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are reliable, quality-conscious, and flexible.

• You have a high level of commitment and independence.

• You are a doer who gets things done and spreads good cheer even in stressful situations.

• You have initial experience in the catering or hotel industry.

• You have very good German and good English skills.
