We are building the first AI-native Go-To-Market agency in DACH. As an Automation Expert, you will take on responsibility from day one, building and independently driving processes with tools like n8n and Claude. This is an exciting opportunity to shape operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making in a rapidly growing company.

Activities

• You build automations that really work, using tools like n8n, Make.com, and Claude to develop processes that make operational workflows measurably faster and more error-free, from initial logic to productive deployment.
• You actively shape our data infrastructure, building and maintaining the structures that underpin our decisions, from data collection and transformation to visualization in tools like Looker Studio or Snowflake.
• You don't accept inefficient processes as a given; you change them by identifying bottlenecks in daily operations and resolving them with technical solutions before being asked.
• You connect data with decisions by building dashboards and reports that are actually used because they answer the right questions clearly, relevantly, and without noise.
• You work directly with the teams and leadership, translating operational problems into technical solutions and technical possibilities into concrete business decisions.
• You take full ownership of topics, from conception to handover, as whoever builds a system is responsible for it.

Requirements

• You have real experience with automation, not just theoretical, but in productive environments with real requirements and real errors.
• You are proficient with automation tools such as n8n, Make.com, SQL, Python, and BI stacks, knowing which tool to use when and learning new ones quickly.
• You possess a strong interest in building companies and a pronounced desire to learn new things.
• You embody determination, a high degree of proactivity, and responsibility.
• You set high-quality standards for yourself and others and exhibit a 'can-do' mentality that motivates others.
• You are fluent in both spoken and written German and English.
• You are exceptionally good at something, and it shows.

Application Process

• First brief exchange: After your application, we will get back to you the next day. In the first step, we will arrange a 10-minute phone call with someone from our team to see if it's a good fit for both sides and then schedule a follow-up appointment for the Kick-Off Call.
• Kick-Off Call: In the second conversation, we will take about 30-45 minutes to get to know you better, understand what fascinates and drives you, and offer you a deeper look behind the scenes at Arvana, answering all your questions. After the conversation, you can reflect on everything, and we will have a brief follow-up exchange the next day.
• Team Meeting: In the final meeting, we would like to invite you to our office at Rosenthaler Platz. You will meet the founders Arne and Mirco in person and have the opportunity to chat with the team. In about 90 minutes, we will give you a deep dive into our processes, mission, business plan, and a 360-degree insight. After the meeting, we will get back to you within 2 days. If everything aligns, we look forward to welcoming you to the team!
