Our Client
is one of the world's leading private banks. Thanks to its expertise and market penetration, the institution enjoys sustained success and global recognition in all facets of the financial services industry. Its activities focus on investment banking and corporate and private client business. To strengthen the team in Berlin, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as an office administrator in the back office (m/f/d).
Your Tasks
  • You will be involved in various administrative and organizational processes and will support colleagues from other business units with your careful and conscientious approach to work.
  • You will be responsible for receiving, processing, and forwarding standardized transactions, for example, in the areas of payment transactions, construction financing, or trust accounts
  • Written and telephone communication with the various service units will also be part of your responsibilities.
  • Finally, you will be responsible for maintaining, creating, and editing master data.
Our Requirements
  • You have successfully completed your training as an office clerk (m/f/d), or alternatively you have other commercial training
  • Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in clerical work or general administration
  • Good written and spoken German skills and good IT skills are required
  • You are a team player and highly service-oriented
  • In addition, you work independently, in a structured manner, and are responsible
