Flussbad is the campus of Slowness — a home for adventurous culture and ideas, designed to enable collaboration and innovation across disciplines toward the reimagining of human potential. Having opened its first phase with the Reethaus, it will grow to encompass hotel rooms, working lofts, a restaurant, an auditorium for learning and exchange and an advanced holistic health program.

Aufgaben

We are looking for a Bartender who takes pride in doing the fundamentals exceptionally well, every time. Reporting to the Head Bartender, you will run bar service at the Reethaus, from daily opening to closing and through our events. You execute our drinks, standards and procedures with precision, care and warmth, so that every guest feels hosted, not just served.

This is a mini job position with flexible hours on demand, including evenings, weekends and event days, in line with operational and programming needs.

Responsibilities

• Open the bar to standard, every time. Setup, mise en place, stock-up and checks are complete before service.

• See it first. Deliver calm, attentive service in regular periods and at events, reading the room and anticipating guests' needs before they have to ask.

• Execute with precision, and speak up early. Prepare and serve drinks exactly to spec, as directed by the Head Bartender. Flag issues early and directly, and take feedback the same way.

• If you see it, you own it. Keep the bar clean, organised and ready throughout service. Nobody walks past a problem.

• Event setup and breakdown. Prepare the event space in accordance with client and business needs, prior to and after service.

• Leave it better than you found it. Close the bar to standard with cleaning, restocking, the closing checklist and a clear handover to the Head Bartender.

Qualifikation

• One to three years' bartending experience in high-quality hospitality.

• Well-presented, with high standards of personal hygiene and grooming. We welcome your personality and individual style within those standards. Calm and guest-focused under pressure, in both regular service and events.

• Reliable, consistent and detail-oriented. You follow systems precisely and take pride in it.

• Warm, curious, and you genuinely enjoy looking after people.

• Team-oriented with a service mindset. You back up your team and are ready to step in wherever needed, including tasks beyond the bar.

• Open to feedback and focused on professional development.

• Fluent English and strong conversational German.
