The introduction of Charité's new hospital information system (HIS) is an exciting and highly complex project that plays a key role in the digital transformation of patient care. Job overview
- With your strong analytical skills, you interpret complex data structures, identify data-driven solutions and derive precise, actionable recommendations from them
- You consolidate and analyze data from a variety of internal and external sources in order to create a basis for decision-making, identify trends and identify deviations and potential at an early stage
- You develop, maintain and optimize target group-oriented reports, dashboards and visual data analyses on your own responsibility
- As a sparring partner for our specialist departments, you provide support with data-based questions and help to ensure that decisions are based on solid data
- You proactively identify potential for the further development of our data management and sustainably drive forward optimizations with a view to efficiency, data quality and scalability
We are looking for
- You have completed a scientific master's or diploma degree in economics or natural sciences (STEM) or have several years of comparable professional experience in the data science environment
- You analyze complex data structures and processes with confidence and derive effective solutions for optimizing data flows
- You are familiar with common BI platforms and use them specifically for visualization and analysis
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking enables you to develop data-based answers to clinical and administrative questions
- You work confidently in an interdisciplinary environment and translate requirements from different areas into consistent data solutions
- You have experience in developing data science models that support decision-making processes and optimize hospital workflows
- Targeted use of ETL processes and automation techniques allows you to efficiently transform data and make it usable
- You communicate confidently in German and English (at least B2 level each)

Job information
- Pay grade E13 TVöD VKA-K. The classification is based on qualifications, the respective experience level is calculated on the basis of the number of years worked. You can find the collective agreement here .
- The weekly working time is possible from 20 to 38.5 hours. Please let us know how many hours you would like to work.
