What you can expect from us:
As a bid manager, you are the central controller of our offer process and ensure the professional preparation of our offers from tendering to contract conclusion.
Your areas of focus:
- Process management: You take full responsibility for managing the entire tendering process and monitoring the corresponding platforms.
- Analysis & calculation: You analyze offer-specific customer requirements and create precise offer calculations.
- Stakeholder management: You coordinate offers closely with sales, project management, management and external partners.
- Quality assurance: You provide the necessary documentation and ensure the quality of the offers (compliance with requirements, deadlines, etc.).
- · Law & Negotiation: You work with public procurement law specialists, present offers to the customer and coordinate contract negotiations for successful transactions.
- Sales & partner support: You provide flexible support in other areas of sales and partner management in order to utilize synergies and strengthen joint market development.
- Optimization: You are responsible for continuous improvement of the offer process and compliance with uniform standards.
- Networking: You build up a strong network with other bid management officers, both internally and externally.
What convinces us:
- You have a degree in business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification with sound business knowledge.
- You have several years of experience in preparing and calculating offers and can confidently create complex customer offers.
- You are an expert in offer documentation and stakeholder management to build productive relationships with internal and external partners.
- Ideally, you have experience in the public sector and/or in the software environment.
- You have deep knowledge of public procurement law and can apply this confidently in your own area of responsibility.
- You have excellent negotiating skills in order to strategically represent corporate interests.
- You are experienced in requirements analysis and in using presentation tools to professionally convince customers.
- You have knowledge of quality management to ensure compliance with defined standards.
- You are characterized by a structured way of working and the ability to continuously optimize processes.
- You appreciate working together across teams to achieve business goals together.
