We are looking for a Freelance Creator Operations Specialist to join a market-leading client based in Berlin.

This is an operational role suited to someone who is highly organised, analytical, and comfortable working independtly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor creator promotional activity and campaign usage to identify when assets are shared or promoted through unauthorized channels.
• Investigate and respond to misuse or irregular activity, taking prompt action to resolve issues and protect campaign integrity and performance tracking.
• Communicate with creators to address issues, provide guidance on best practices, and reinforce program guidelines.
• Maintain accurate operational records and track performance impact, documenting incidents, identifying patterns, and supporting reporting and decision-making.

Experience:

• 3-4 years of experience in operations, project management, or similar process-driven roles.
• Experience working with social media/content creators (eg Instagram, TikTok) and understanding creator partnership dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills ( English ).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Experience in operations, creative productions, or partnership management is a plus.
