Als CRM Marketing Manager:in für momox fashion, unseren Online-Shop für Second Hand Fashion, steigerst du mit relevantem, personalisiertem CRM Umsatz, Conversion und Kundenbindung. Du verantwortest Kampagnen und automatisierte Kommunikation entlang des gesamten Customer Lifecycles – datenbasiert, kreativ und mit klarem kommerziellem Fokus.
Your mission
Du planst, setzt um und optimierst CRM-Kampagnen über E-Mail, Mobile Push, In-App Messages und Content Cards
Du steuerst Rabattaktionen end-to-end: von Forecast und Pricing-Abstimmung bis zur Umsetzung und Erfolgsmessung
Du entwickelst und optimierst Lifecycle-Strecken für Aktivierung, Retention und langfristige Kundenbindung
Du treibst Segmentierung und Personalisierung voran und entwickelst relevante Inhalte, Angebote und inspirierende Fashion-Newsletter
Du analysierst CRM- und Business-KPIs wie Conversion, Umsatz, ROI, Retention und Customer Lifetime Value; A/B-Tests und Tracking gehören für dich dazu
Du arbeitest eng mit Pricing, BI, Product, IT, Merchandise, Performance Marketing sowie Content und Design zusammen und entwickelst neue CRM-Use-Cases weiter
Du nutzt Braze für Kampagnen und Canvases und arbeitest mit Looker oder vergleichbaren BI-Tools
Your profile
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im CRM Marketing, idealerweise im E-Commerce, Fashion oder Recommerce
Sehr gute Braze-Kenntnisse: Kampagnen, Canvases, Segmentierung, Liquid, Push, In-App Messages und Content Cards
Erfahrung mit Lifecycle-Kommunikation, Rabattkampagnen, Forecasts sowie datenbasierter Optimierung
Ein gutes Gespür für verkaufsstarke Texte und relevanten Fashion-Content
Kommerzielles Denken, technisches Verständnis und Freude daran, kreative Ideen in messbare Ergebnisse zu übersetzen
Ownership, Priorisierungsstärke und Sicherheit im Stakeholder-Management
Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und Englisch (mind. C1)
Begeisterung für Second Hand Fashion, Trends und nachhaltigen Konsum

We follow a hybrid work model with 20 in-office days per quarter to foster important personal interaction while enabling a modern, flexible way of working. The remaining days can be worked from home, and you also have the option to spend up to 6 weeks per year working from countries within EU.
