Job description
- You advise our customers by phone and email
- You also help them with questions about their products via the ticket system
- In addition, you identify optimisation potential and actively make suggestions for improvement
- You pass on the input collected from customer contact to product management and thus contribute to the continuous further development of our offers
Requirements
- You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Experience in direct or telephone customer contact is an advantage for you
- You have strong communication skills and very good written and spoken German language skills (at least level C1)
- Working in shifts, also on weekends and public holidays, is no problem for you
- You are interested in technical topics and would like to learn more about Internet products such as web hosting, e-commerce or cloud solutions
- Friendliness, reliability and a calm demeanour characterise you even in stressful situations
