The team consists of experienced international specialists, engineers, and software developers with practical expertise and deep scientific and technical skills in electronics and software development, robotics, and the integration of complex IT systems.
Tasks
Technology scouting and developing a network for modern battery technologies
Developing and optimizing battery systems for electric drives in maritime unmanned systems, including cell chemistry, Battery Management Systems (BMS), and electrical components
Designing high-voltage electric drivetrains (24-400V) while considering regulations and certifications
Developing high-power switches and power management units
Testing and validating batteries and drive systems with internal and external partners
Close collaboration with design, production, and quality departments
Monitoring and applying standards in battery technology
Documenting and presenting development progress and solutions to technical challenges
Profile
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a similar qualification
Solid knowledge in battery technology and power electronics
Proficiency in simulation software and development tools (e.g., Altium)
Analytical thinking and independent, structured work style
Strong problem-solving skills and creativity for developing innovative concepts
Teamwork and strong communication skills
