Director of Engineering | Scalable Trust & Data Platforms | Berlin

The Mission: Lead the engineering organisation for a global leader in data privacy. We are building the infrastructure that powers secure, trusted interactions in an increasingly complex digital world.

The Role: Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will manage multiple teams and leaders. You will define the technical strategy, ensuring the platform remains secure, scalable, and performant while fostering a high-performing engineering culture.

Requirements: 15 years of software engineering experience with 5 years in senior leadership. Deep expertise in cloud-native environments (AWS) and advanced security/distributed systems.
