As Coordinator Distribution Technology you are a motivated and detail-oriented support to our member hotels in enhancing their online presence through effective use of distribution systems. You are part of a team that ensures optimal connectivity and content consistency across various channels to help hotels maintain their distribution systems.

• Assist member hotels in maintaining and optimizing SynXis and MARSHA CRS
• Conduct system training for new and existing member hotels on CRS, interfaces, and booking engines
• Monitor and manage connectivity and performance across distribution channels linked to CRS
• Collaborate with hotels on loading rates across various distribution systems
• Support hotels in implementing rate strategies aligned with business goals
• Ensure accurate inventory, rates, and availability across all connected channels
• Conduct audits and system health checks to maintain distribution system integrity

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with SynXis or MARSHA CRS and online travel agency platforms is a plus
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot system issues
• Effective communication skills in English (other languages a bonus) and the ability to collaborate across teams
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and adaptability to evolving technology
