Als Editorial Praktikant (all genders) bist Du Teil unseres Product Operations Teams und hast die Möglichkeit eine unserer spannendsten Wachstumsphasen aktiv mitzugestalten. Während unser Menüangebot erweitert und gleichzeitig zukunftsweisende Tools eingeführt werden, unterstützt Du uns bei der operativen Umsetzung und Qualitätssicherung, um die redaktionellen Prozesse auf ein neues Level zu heben, mit klarem Fokus auf Präzision, Effizienz und innovative Lösungen.
Bitte beachte, dass das Praktikum auf maximal 6 Monate befristet ist.
Dein Verantwortungsbereich
- Qualitätssicherung: Sicherstellung der inhaltlichen und formalen Qualität unserer Rezepte und aktive Unterstützung des Roll-outs der Menü-Erweiterung
- Operative Umsetzung: Aktive Mitgestaltung und Koordination der täglichen redaktionellen Prozesse - vom Fotobriefing bis hin zum Live-Schalten der Rezepte
- Tool- & Prozess-Migration: Begleitung der Einführung neuer Tech-Features sowie strukturierte Überführung bestehender Prozesse in das neue System
- Schnittstellenarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team zur schnellen Lösung technischer Herausforderungen und Einbringung von Feedback zur Optimierung der Workflows
- AI & Innovation: Unterstützung bei der Identifikation, Evaluierung und Implementierung von KI-gestützten Lösungen zur Texterstellung und Automatisierung redaktioneller Prozesse
Dein Profil
- Laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Medien-/Kommunikationswissenschaften, Germanistik, BWL, Ökotrophologie oder vergleichbar
- Hohe Gewissenhaftigkeit, ein ausgeprägtes Auge für Details und die Fähigkeit, auch bei wechselnden Prioritäten den Überblick zu behalten
- Lösungsorientierung, eine proaktive Herangehensweis und Flexibilität bei Veränderungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (jeweils auf C1-Niveau), um Inhalte eigenständig prüfen und koordinieren zu können
- Interesse und Freude an der Einarbeitung in neue interne Tools und CMS-Systeme
- Sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace, Offenheit für den Einsatz von KI-Tools und Begeisterung, deren Potenziale in der täglichen Arbeit zu testen
