Job description
- You will independently set up the SMD placement line with the ASMPT placement machine and ensure a smooth operating process
- You will operate AOI systems professionally, take over the error classification and carry out necessary repairs consistently
- You will work independently on production orders, You adhere precisely to the specified processes
- You reliably carry out electronic repairs according to circuit diagrams and apply your technical skills in a targeted manner
- Machine maintenance is part of your everyday work, which you carry out regularly and carefully
- manual THT assembly of printed circuit boards is also part of your job
- you solder electronic components using both THT and SMD processes and always ensure high quality
- you recognise production errors at an early stage and rectify them independently so that production runs smoothly
Requirements
- You have completed technical training in the electronics sector or have already gained extensive practical experience as a career changer (m/f/d)
- You skilfully use your knowledge of setting up, programming and operating SMD systems
- Very good experience in soldering - especially in SMD technology - characterises you in particular
- You are reliable, You can always be relied on for your reliability, commitment and ability to work in a team, and you also have a strong awareness of quality
- You have experience in manual electronics production and use it in a targeted manner
- You are open to new technologies and processes and are willing to constantly develop yourself further
- You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
