Engineering Manager (gn) Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service

fulltime | hiring location: Leipzig Area / Berlin Area | remote/ hybrid

• Lead, develop and grow a global team of software engineers and technical consultants working on our Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service platform.
• Drive the strategic evolution of our Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service platform by developing forward‑looking concepts - including the integration of innovations such as AI - to ensure the CRM landscape scales with SoftwareOne’s future growth.
• Establish and continuously improve software engineering processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Contribute hands‑on to design, implementation, documentation and testing.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Owners and, where needed, external partners to deliver impactful solutions.

• Strong experience leading engineers and technical consultants in Microsoft CRM/CE environments.
• Solid understanding of enterprise CRM ecosystems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service and Power Platform.
• Experience designing and implementing sales processes using Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service.
• Familiarity with agile software development practices (SCRUM, Kanban).
• Strong communication skills (English on C-Level), analytical mindset, and a structured, solution-oriented workstyle.
