Engineering Manager (gn) Dynamics 365 CE / Sales Platform

fulltime | hiring location: Leipzig Area / Berlin Area | remote/ hybrid

Your mission is to elevate engineering excellence, drive CE platform maturity, and deliver reliable, high‑impact CRM solutions that support our global Sales organization. Key Responsibilities

• Provide organizational and disciplinary leadership to a global engineering and consulting team.
• Build a strong CE development and consulting team and foster continuous growth.
• Establish, improve, and manage modern engineering processes across the CE platform.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Management to create solutions with real business impact.
• Participate hands-on in system design, implementation, documentation, and testing.
• Manage and coordinate external service providers, when required.
• Strong experience leading engineers and technical consultants in Microsoft CRM/CE environments.
• Solid understanding of enterprise CRM ecosystems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Experience designing and implementing sales processes using CE.
• Familiarity with agile software development practices (SCRUM, Kanban).
• Strong communication skills (English on C-Level), analytical mindset, and a structured, solution-oriented workstyle.
