The role- W ant to take ownership of global share programs at scale , shaping and operating plans across 40+ countries in a high‑growth, tech‑driven environment?

As our new Executive Rewards & Share Programs Expert , you will lead the design, governance, and delivery of global executive compensation and equity programs. You will have the opportunity to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and governance bodies, ensuring our Executive Rewards frameworks are competitive, market-aligned, compliant, and support long-term value creation. This includes partnering with People & Culture, Finance, Legal, and Tax teams. You will also get the chance to support executive hiring and retention.
The Role :
- Oversee design and administration of global share programs , including improving program design and participant experience in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external providers
- Design and maintain executive reward structures , leading annual compensation review cycles and conducting benchmarking and pay-for-performance analyse s
- Ensure programs meet global regulatory requirements through monitoring regulatory developments and p repa ring materials for NCC/ RemCo and auditors
- Evaluate program effectivenes s through insights, and deliver analytics and scenario modeling, in addition to managing annual disclosures
- Advise Executive Leadership , Finance, Legal, and the Board , c ommunicat ing complex concepts clearl y and i nfluenc ing decisions with balanced recommendations
- Ensure c ompliance and a udit r eadiness , m aintain ing documentation and control ling frameworks
What we need to see from you
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business , Finance, or related field
- Extensive experience in executive compensation and equity programs
- Deep understanding of global regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and modelling capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High integrity, discretion, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
