This position is based in Berlin, Germany.
We are seeking a Field & Partner Marketing Executive- German Speaker to join our dynamic Marketing & Communication team. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director – Campaigns and working closely with the Senior Field & Partner Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the operational delivery of field events, webinars, and partner marketing activities across Europe.
You will play a key role in driving awareness, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration through high-quality marketing programs and close collaboration with partners and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Field Marketing Execution
- Plan, organize and manage events and webinars (registrations, logistics, speaker coordination, budget management, follow-up) aligned with global and regional priorities.
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all touchpoints (presentations, booths, collateral, digital assets).
- Negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers, venues, and external agencies to deliver cost-effective and impactful events.
- Monitor attendee engagement and ensure high-quality experiences before, during, and after events.
Partner Marketing Support
- Execute joint go-to-market campaigns with partners, including co-branded events, webinars, and digital campaigns (emails, landing pages, paid promotion, social amplification).
- Manage the co-marketing process end-to-end: from planning and content coordination to asset delivery and performance tracking.
- Ensure partners have access to the right messaging, collateral, and enablement resources to maximize their impact.
- Track, analyze, and report on partner campaign KPIs to ensure ROI and continuous improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work hand-in-hand with the Senior Field & Partner Marketing Manager
- Liaise with campaign managers, Product & Content marketing team, and sales for consistency
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on target accounts, pipeline acceleration initiatives, and timely follow-up on leads.
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding partner and field marketing activities
Data & Reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Consolidate results for events and campaigns
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvements
- Ensure all activities contribute to pipeline growth and ROI.
Preferred Experience
Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing execution (events, partner marketing, or demand generation)
- Hands-on experience with B2B events and/or partner co-marketing IN Saas environnement
- Strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple projects
- Good knowledge of Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoom webinar or similar tools
- English and German speaker is a mandatory
