Tasks

This role is designed for future founders planning to start an AI/SaaS company and aiming to become a world-class go-to-market founder.

You'll work directly with the GTM team and Janis, CEO and Co-Founder of Weflow. Janis has built and exited companies before and spent time as a VC partner evaluating and backing some of Europe's best startups - he's seen what great GTM looks like across dozens of companies, and he's built it himself. This is a rare chance to work shoulder-to-shoulder with someone who's been on both sides of the table.

You'll sit at the intersection of brand, marketing, and go-to-market - working on various go-to-market topics and campaigns - events, product marketing, outbound, social, and more - to drive pipeline.

• Work directly with the founders and GTM team on high-priority GTM projects from ideation to execution
• Own specific campaigns and creative initiatives end-to-end - including defining scope, producing assets, and driving distribution
• Activate and grow Weflow's existing community, podcast audience, and thought leadership platform into campaign distribution channels
• Identify and seize distribution opportunities others overlook - partnerships, communities, events, media, co-marketing
• Build repeatable systems and playbooks so what works can scale

Requirements

• Excellent academic background - economics, business, industrial engineering, or a related field (or equivalent demonstrated ability)
• Prior experience in a high-growth startup, VC, consulting, or a role where you wore many hats and shipped things independently
• Exceptional written communication - you write with clarity, economy, and personality
• High curiosity and strong opinions: you've thought about what great B2B marketing looks like and you're eager to debate it
• You learn fast, adapt fast, and don't wait to be told what to do next
• Deeply interested in brand-building, GTM, and the intersection of product and go-to-market strategy
• Experience working with or growing an audience, community, or media property is a strong plus
• Fluent in English
• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing (content, paid, events, social, or GTM engineering) is a plus, not a requirement
