About the Role

We’re building the next iconic beverage brand out of Berlin — starting with a carbonated cold matcha drink.

As a Founder’s Associate, you’ll work directly with the founders across everything that moves the business forward: partnerships, distribution, supply, and strategy. This is a high-ownership, high-expectation role for someone who wants to build, not observe.

Tasks

What You’ll Do

• Identify and close distribution partnerships (cafés, retail, hospitality, offices)
• Build and manage supply chain relationships (ingredients, co-packers, logistics)
• Support fundraising and investor conversations
• Run market research + competitive analysis (beverage, functional drinks, matcha)
• Own key strategic projects from zero → execution
• Help define and execute go-to-market strategy

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Top-tier university background (or equivalent signal of excellence)
• Strong analytical + structured thinking
• Extremely high ownership mindset
• Clear communicator (written + verbal)
• Interest in startups, consumer brands, and food/beverage
• Comfortable with ambiguity and speed

Bonus

• Experience in startups / VC / consulting
• Existing network in Berlin F&B scene
• Strong Excel / data skills
