We are Same – the AI super-connector for Slack.
We are a Berlin-based team building the "Anti-Silo" engine for modern companies. Our mission is simple: Kill the awkward "random coffee" and replace it with meaningful connections based on shared interests.
We don't believe in "forced fun." We believe in context. We use AI to connect the Junior Dev who loves Cycling with the VP of Sales who loves Cycling, breaking down hierarchies and building real belonging.
The Opportunity
We are looking for 10 Visionary People Leaders (HR / Ops / Founders) to join our exclusive Founding Partner Program.
This is not a traditional job. This is a strategic seat at the table.
You will be the first to deploy our technology, shape our product roadmap, and prove that culture can be automated without losing its human touch.
Tasks
Your Mission (The Role)
You will act as a "Culture Architect" for your own organization using our tech.
- Deploy: Install "Same" in your company Slack (takes 2 minutes).
- Pilot: Run a 4-week beta test with your team (or a specific department).
- Feedback: Join a 1-on-1 strategy call with our Founder once a month to roast our features, suggest new ones, and tell us what’s broken.
- Advocate: Help us define the standard for "AI-driven Culture."
Requirements
Who We Are Looking For
- You use Slack: Your team lives in Slack, but you feel the "silence" or the "silos" forming.
- You are a Decision Maker: You are a Head of People, HR Manager, Founder, or Team Lead who has the authority to install a Slack app.
- You hate "Random Coffee": You know that pairing random people without context is awkward and low-value.
- You are tech-forward: You want to be the person who brings AI innovation into your company culture.
