Unosecur is a comprehensive identity security platform protecting against identity-related threats across multi-cloud and on-premise environments. Following our $5M seed round backed by VentureFriends, DFF, Leo Capital, Heartfelt, and top-tier angel investors, we are scaling rapidly. Our vision: become the #1 unified identity fabric and the global leader in identity security.
We’re now looking for a Founder’s Associate to work directly with the CEO and leadership team on the company’s highest-priority strategic initiatives.
Tasks
This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, analytical, and highly adaptable - someone who wants to operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross-functional leadership. You will be the right hand to the founder, helping drive forward key projects, decisions, and operations that shape Unosecur’s trajectory.
- Work closely with the CEO to define, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives.
- Drive cross-company projects (e.g., fundraising preparation, go-to-market initiatives, product launches).
- Conduct research and analysis to support critical business decisions.
- Prepare materials for investors, advisors, and board meetings.
- Support hiring, people operations, and team coordination.
- Improve internal workflows, processes, and reporting structures.
- Jump into high-priority operational or commercial tasks whenever needed - no two weeks will look the same.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in consulting, VC/PE, founder’s associate, chief of staff, or high-growth startup roles. It’s important you understand really well how VC funds work and the dynamics of early-stage startups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; highly structured thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; German a plus).
- Comfort with ambiguity and a “get things done” mindset.
- Ability to quickly understand complex products, markets, and business priorities.
- Entrepreneurial drive and eagerness to contribute across functions.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, CRM tools (Attio), any design tools like Canva/Figma are a plus.
