Tasks

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Co-develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven, customer-centric culture
  • Establish and manage relationships with DACH retail partners and key accounts (both online and offline)
  • Define sales targets, forecast demand, and monitor KPIs to ensure consistent growth and profitability
  • Lead and negotiate with logistics service providers and merchandising agencies
  • Strategically manage our POS furniture, including negotiations with manufacturers
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain across the entire business value chain
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG Key Account Management, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry
  • A proven track record in developing Key Account and Sales Operations Managers into senior professionals
  • An entrepreneurial, hands-on mentality, with a passion for cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • A strategic mindset with a data-driven approach, including experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms
  • Fluent in English and German; Polish is a strong plus
  • A passion for beauty, skincare, or personal care products, and a solid understanding of consumer behavior in the industry
