Buena makes everything real estate as simple and transparent as buying an ETF: Whether it's finding, buying, or financing an apartment. We do this by acquiring property managers across Germany and turning them into technology companies. Throughout the past 2 years we have become Germany's third largest property manager with less that 25 full-time team members in our HQ.
The Growth Role
We're staffing this position, Growth Lead, to build out our organic growth playbook for our Portfolio Companies. This role requires you to spend a large amount of your time with the MDs of our PortCos, while your main location is our HQ in Prenzlauer Berg Berlin. You should bring a good degree of technical affinity and expertise as we grow our firm's SEO presences and scale online channels. In short, you'll be responsible for enabling €mm annual growth for our organization. This is a senior role.
Tasks
- Make Buena grow predictably by €mm yearly.
- Figure out and write the organic growth playbook for our PortCos.
- Spend lots of time with our PortCo MDs.
- Recruit your own team.
Requirements
- Native-level German (C2).
- Strong desire to work in-office.
- Proven track record of building effective marketing and/or sales tactics, strategies and playbooks.
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
- Very strong ambition and a focus on high-quality results.
