Head of Connectivity (m/f/d)
Über diesen Job
Location: Remote-first (Berlin HQ) Start Date: May 1st, 2026 Team: Product & Tech / Partnerships Company: bookingkit GmbH
About Us
bookingkit is Europe’s leading booking and reservation software for tours and activities. We’re building an AI-powered Success Platform to help attractions - museums, sights, theme parks and experience providers - grow ticket sales and streamline operations.
About the Role
We are looking for you as our Head of Connectivity (m/f/d) to architect and lead our partner-led growth motion. At Bookingkit, "Connectivity" is the heart of our strategy. Every partnership we build is a powerful fusion of commercial synergy and deep technical integration - from hardware-driven on-site solutions (POS/Entry Management) to global resellers and OTAs.
You won’t just manage partnerships. You will own the commercial outcomes they produce, lead a cross-functional project team, and build the systems that make this flywheel compound.
This is a full-time (40h/week) position . Hybrid or remote, the work setup choice is yours! This role requires a regular presence in our key European markets to meet local stakeholders, build trust with partners, and represent bookingkit at major industry fairs.
What you'll own
Revenue-accountable partnership growth. You own a partnership-attributed revenue target and the pipeline model behind it. You are measured on commercial outcomes, not activity volume.
Cross-functional project leadership. You lead a cross-team project where Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and your own Connectivity team each execute against a shared growth target. You drive the cadence, own the accountability, and remove blockers.
End-to-end partner lifecycle. Own the entire partner journey: strategic scouting, qualification, commercial modeling, contract negotiation, integration launch, and ongoing co-selling. This includes managing and improving existing partnerships.
The flywheel engine. Architect bookingkit’s ecosystem strategy around on-site partnerships (POS, entry management) and distribution partners (OTAs, resellers). Your job is to build a compounding system: every integration you add makes bookingkit harder to replace and easier to choose. You decide how to prioritize and allocate team capacity accordingly.
Shared go-to-market. Work with Marketing and Sales to turn technical integrations into compelling acquisition motions with our partners - like joint webinars, co-branded content, shared pipeline, partner-powered lead generation.
Commercial-technical bridge. Act as the primary liaison between commercial goals and our development team. You prioritize which integrations get built and ensure they launch with maximum market impact.
Partnership infrastructure: Mature our existing partnership structures. You will own the data layer that proves your function’s impact - such as pipeline attribution or partner-influenced revenue. You will improve our processes and playbooks that will scale our partnerships program.
Team leadership with an AI-first mindset. Lead and grow a small, high-performing connectivity team. You coach both "hunters” (new partner acquisition) and "farmers” (existing partner activation). You champion the use of AI tools internally to increase team productivity.
You Bring
The partner-led growth playbook. At least 5 years of experience building and scaling partnership ecosystems in a growth-stage B2B SaaS environment. You’ve built the playbook from scratch.
Entrepreneurial generalist mindset. You understand how product, tech, sales, and marketing must converge to make a partnership produce revenue.
Revenue accountability track record. You have owned a P&L . You’ve been measured on pipeline and signed revenue attributed to partnerships.
Commercial and legal acumen. Deep experience designing commercial models like revenue share, commission tiers, referral systems and incentive structures like partner tiers.
Technical literacy. You don’t need to code, but you speak the language of APIs and software integrations. You can enable your team in translating market needs into technical requirements and prioritize integration backlogs with engineering.
High-stakes communication. You manage senior stakeholders — internally ( CRO , CEO, cross-functional leads) and externally (partner C-level executives) — and navigate complex commercial negotiations with confidence.
Data-driven operating rhythm. You build dashboards, decide leading indicators, and run your function on metrics tracked in a BI system. You’ve set up pipeline and attribution tracking in a CRM before.
Excellent English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. This is the working language across all teams and most partners.
AI proficiency. You personally use AI tools to enhance your workflow and have a perspective on how AI will reshape distribution and commerce in the travel sector.
➕ Nice-to-Have
Industry experience. Background in Attractions, "Things to do,” or broader Travel-Tech — especially experience with on-site systems (POS, entry management) and distribution (OTAs like GetYourGuide, Viator).
Additional European languages. Business-level German, Italian, Spanish, French, or Nordic languages are a significant plus as we expand across European markets.
What makes this role different
You’re not joining a company with a mature partnerships function that needs incremental optimization. You’re building the commercial engine for bookingkit’s partner-led growth motion - at an 80-person, profitable company that’s shifting from stability to growth. The infrastructure (partner program, attribution, co-selling playbook) doesn’t fully exist yet. The opportunity is to create it, prove it works, and scale it.
