Growth Marketing Manager (Native Ads)

Do you want to get hands-on experience in performance marketing and help scale campaigns across international markets?

We’re looking for a curious, proactive, and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager with a strong interest in Native Advertising. In this role, you’ll support the setup, testing, and optimization of campaigns across platforms like Taboola and Outbrain, while learning how performance marketing drives real business impact.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow fast, take ownership early, and work closely with experienced colleagues across creative, content, product, and tech.

What you’ll do

  • Support the setup, management, and optimization of native advertising campaigns across platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, and other discovery channels
  • Monitor campaign performance, spot trends, and identify opportunities to improve results, support reporting for internal stakeholders
  • Help test creatives, headlines, messaging angles, audience strategies, and landing pages
  • Analyze key KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, and lead quality
  • Research competitors, publishers, and market trends to bring new ideas to the table
  • Share ideas, ask questions, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement

What you bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, paid media, or a related area
  • Internship or working student experience in online marketing is also welcome
  • First exposure to Taboola, Outbrain, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar paid media platforms is a plus
  • Interest in data, reporting, and understanding what drives campaign performance
  • Familiarity with tools like GA4, Piwik, Excel, Looker, or Power BI is a plus, but not a must
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several topics at once
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
