Head Coach – Impact & Sustainability (m/w/d)

Part-Time — Berlin & Brandenburg / Remote-Hybrid

The Impact Sprint Lab (ISL) is a 4-month hybrid pre-incubator supporting early-stage, impact-driven founders — many of them migrant, international, or first-time entrepreneurs.
To strengthen our program, we are looking for an Impact & Sustainability Head Coach who helps founders build meaningful, mission-aligned concepts rooted in social innovation and climate-conscious thinking.

Your Role:

As a Head Coach with strong AI literacy, you will:

• Design and deliver workshops on sustainability, impact mapping, SDGs and Theory of Change
• Coach founders 1:1 on defining impact outcomes, SDG alignment, and early impact KPIs
• Translate complex impact frameworks into simple, actionable tools for early-stage teams
• Support founders in embedding sustainability & climate logic into their business models
• Use AI tools for impact research, KPI formulation, and climate data interpretation
• Contribute to an inclusive, empowering, and intercultural learning environment

Your Responsibilities:

Workshop & Learning Design:

• Prepare & facilitate interactive sustainability and impact workshops
• Use accessible methods and AI tools to support learning
• Adapt content for early-stage, migrant, and non-technical founders
• Collaborate with the ISL team to refine session flow and hybrid formats

Founder Coaching & Mentoring:

• Conduct 1:1 sessions focusing on impact logic, SDG mapping, and impact narratives
• Support strategic clarity and confidence throughout the 4-month journey
• Encourage community learning and a mission-driven founder identity

Program Development:

• Help shape methodologies and tools for impact measurement
• Integrate AI-supported sustainability workflows
• Strengthen a program culture rooted in empowerment and accessibility

Your Profile:

General Requirements:

• Experience coaching early-stage founders
• Empathy, strong facilitation, and intercultural awareness
• Comfortable working with migrant, international & first-time entrepreneurs
• Solid AI skills for research, synthesis & reflection
• English fluency (German is a plus)
• Availability for two 4-day retreats in Brandenburg + hybrid delivery

Role-Specific Expertise — Impact & Sustainability:

• Expertise in SDGs, Theory of Change, social innovation, and sustainability frameworks
• Experience drafting impact KPIs, impact mapping, and ESG fundamentals
• Ability to explain complex frameworks in simple, founder-friendly language
• Proficiency in AI tools for impact research & KPI modeling
• Strong storytelling and facilitation skills
