Join our DEEP team as

Head of Health
(m/f/x, full-time, 40 hrs./week, starting as soon as possible, limited)

and help shape the future by bringing your expertise and passion to ESMT.

• Build and lead DEEP’s Health vertical, reporting directly to the Managing Director of DEEP
• Define the vertical’s product, program, and partnership strategy
• Play an active role in fundraising efforts
• Oversee all vertical operations with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset
• Establish and manage strong relationships with partners and stakeholders from research, corporates, the startup ecosystem, and beyond
• Develop a regional network of seasoned entrepreneurs, deep-tech investors, corporate leaders, and scientists
• Serve as a visible and vocal ambassador for DEEP on the international stage
• Build and lead the vertical’s future team

• Have a proven track record in successfully building and managing ventures or businesses
• Bring 5+ years of experience at the intersection of entrepreneurship, innovation, and the Healthcare/Life Science sector
• Have successfully led international teams, ideally in hybrid setups
• Demonstrate the ability to manage complex senior stakeholder environments (C-level) with strong service orientation and excellent communication skills
• Show a high level of commitment and work ethic
• Are well-organized, able to multitask, and meet tight deadlines
• Are fluent in spoken and written English
