Head Coach – Validation & Prototyping (AI + No-Code) (m/w/d)

Part-Time — Berlin & Brandenburg / Remote-Hybrid

We are seeking a Validation & Prototyping Head Coach who helps early-stage founders understand their users, validate assumptions, and build first prototypes — using AI and no-code tools to accelerate learning.

Your Role:

You will guide founders from idea → prototype → first evidence through:

• Hands-on validation workflows
• AI-assisted research, persona creation, UX flows, and mockups
• Practical no-code experimentation (Bubble, Glide, Softr, Framer, Make.com)

Your Responsibilities:

Workshop & Learning Design:

• Facilitate workshops on validation, user research, prototyping, and Lean Startup
• Integrate AI tools for interviews, synthesis, UX sketches, and prototype drafts
• Provide simple, low-barrier methods for early-stage and non-technical founders

Founder Coaching & Mentoring:

• Conduct 1:1 coaching on hypothesis testing, user interviews, and prototyping
• Help founders build first prototypes and smoke tests within weeks
• Strengthen problem-solution clarity and evidence-based decision making

Program Development:

• Improve validation & prototyping toolkits
• Recommend AI and no-code workflows to speed up founder progress
• Foster a supportive, iterative, experimentation-driven program culture

Your Profile:

General Requirements:

• Experience coaching early-stage founders
• Empathy, strong facilitation, and intercultural awareness
• Comfortable working with migrant, international & first-time entrepreneurs
• Solid AI skills for research, synthesis & reflection
• English fluency (German is a plus)
• Availability for two 4-day retreats in Brandenburg + hybrid delivery

Role-Specific Expertise — Validation & Prototyping:

• Strong background in user research, UX, product discovery, or Lean Startup
• Hands-on mastery of AI tools for personas, UX flow drafts, synthesis, and mockups
• Proficiency with no-code tools (Bubble, Glide, Softr, Framer, Make.com)
• Ability to break down product discovery into simple steps for beginners
• Comfortable teaching experimentation and rapid learning cycles
