Areas of responsibility:

• Strategic and operational management of production, including internal logistics and maintenance
• Cross-departmental coordination to organize and secure the supply chain
• Ensuring that production, quality, and cost targets are met
• Control and optimization of production processes (OEE, KPI, Lean)
• Budget responsibility for material, personnel, energy, and maintenance costs
• Further development of efficient shop floor management
• Promotion of a sustainable safety and zero-accident culture
• Leadership, motivation, and development of employees

Requirements:

• Technical degree or comparable qualification
• Several years of management experience in a production environment
• Experience in lean management and process optimization
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong focus on results
• Assertiveness, communication skills, and a hands-on approach
