We are looking for an HR Manager (f/m/d) who enjoys building structures, shaping culture, and supporting people. In this role, you will be responsible for operational HR processes and ensure smooth administrative workflows across the entire employee lifecycle. You will drive the implementation of HR systems, policies, and best practices that support our growing company and foster a positive, compliant work environment.

Tasks

  • Manage and optimize HR processes, including payroll, contracts, personnel records, and visa matters
  • Build and implement HR structures, policies, and workflows that scale with our company
  • Act as a HR business partner, supporting managers and employees with guidance on people and organizational topics
  • Foster a positive team culture, engagement, and cohesion through initiatives and communication
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Maintain HR systems and dashboards to support data-driven decisions

Requirements

  • 5+ years in HR management or as a generalist, ideally in a fast-growing environment
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint
  • Broad HR knowledge: payroll, administration, employee lifecycle, compliance
  • Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and process improvement
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, with a people-first approach
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Interest in HR automation and AI-driven tool
